How support works in KoraGate - no lost e-mails

CS

Support by e-mail has one big drawback - messages get lost. In a thread of ten replies, in competition with dozens of other e-mails, or simply because nobody remembers what was agreed last time. That is why we approached it differently in KoraGate.

A request straight from the app

Whenever you need help, a change or run into a problem, you create a request right in the app - choose a category (bug, question, change, billing, account) and a priority. Nothing needs to be copied into an e-mail and you do not have to look for whom to contact.

History and status in one place

For every request you see the whole history - when it was created, who is working on it and what its current status is. You do not have to ask "how did it turn out", you just look.

Linked to the actual work

A request can also be created directly from a specific task, so it stays connected to the work it concerns - you do not have to match in your head (or in an e-mail) which job it relates to.

Summary

The goal is simple: when you need something, you write it in one place and see what is happening with it. No lost e-mails and no waiting to find out whether anyone received it at all.
