Data in the European Union
The app runs on servers in Frankfurt am Main and data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS).
Backups and separated data
The database is backed up in encrypted form and each workspace's data is separated from the others.
Safe payment
You pay through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are final.
No risk
Try paid plans for 14 days without a card and without any automatic payment in the background. Cancel the subscription any time.

Before you start
Is KoraGate really free?
The Free plan has no time limit and is enough for one user with a small number of projects, folders and tasks. When you need more, you move to a paid plan.
Do I have to enter a payment card?
No. You can try paid plans for 14 days without a card. Only when you decide to continue do you pay securely through Stripe.
Is my data separated from others?
Yes. Each workspace's data is separated from all others and access is governed by team member roles.
Can I invite my colleagues?
Yes. You invite team members by e-mail, each has a role and sees only what they should see. Invitations require a verified e-mail.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You manage and cancel the subscription in Billing management. A paid plan runs until the end of the paid period and then the workspace returns to the Free plan; your data is kept.
Where is my data stored?
Primarily on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). Details are in the privacy policy.
